Minor Spelling Error in the VMkernel Logs

Details

After you install ESX350-200808401-BG, you might see output similar to the following in the VMkernel logs:

# cat /var/log/vmkernel |grep SCSI-2
Jul 15 01:15:33 machine vmkernel: 0:01:01:44.437 cpu3:1036)ScsiUid: 550: Path 'vmhba1:C0:T3:L4' : supports ANSI version 'SCSI-2' (0x2). Support for SCSI-2 devices may be deprecated ina future release.

After the word deprecated, a space character is missing between the words "in" and "a."

The text should read:

Support for SCSI-2 devices may be deprecated in a future release.

Solution

This spelling error will be corrected in a future release.

Based on VMware KB 1006953
